A stupid mistake has put Charles on leave from his dream job. He knows that he's a mess, he knows he needs help, but refuses to seek it. He is happy bed-hopping until Jefferson. He changes Charles's world, and he’s the person Charles turns to when secrets and revelations change his life, completely. Jefferson has protected his heart for years. Not allowing himself to fall in love, again. Strangers help scratch an itch until Charles. Jefferson wants more of him. Then truths come out that change everything, and, suddenly, he is not sure he can ever let him go, even if that means risking his own career.
I loved this story with the two men who had only hooked up until they met each other and suddenly everything clicked and they had found their person. I loved the family, the acceptance and the way they supported each other. This was a perfect follow-on from the previous two books and I loved the way that everything fit together so well. Lots of emotions and feelings in this story which were easy to feel and empathise with. This was an MM story with mature content.
