Review: Crave This! by Tasha Black 3 of 5 stars

Crave This! (300 Moons #8)Crave This! by Tasha Black
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Computer programmer Sarah Bennett has one night of heaven with a lumberjack last year which has resulted in more than the good time that she had - her life is now filled with love, nappies and her beloved son Orson. However, Orson has a secret of his own and when he decides to show his special ability Satah realises that she needs to learn more about his father and so she travels to Tarker's Hollow to try and work out how to support him now and in the future. Max Reynold has everything - family, friends and growing logging business. But the bear shifter feels lonely as no matter how many local women are interested in him he cannot get the curvy software developer out of his head after last year. So when she shows up it is his chance to show her that he needs her too - but only if he can stop his bear from frightening her off as he is struggling to not claim her straight away. When they inadvertently spend a night out camping, can they survive that so they can have a chance at becoming the family that they want to be?

I really enjoyed this story which was a nice shifter story initially based away from Tarker's Hollow but eventually, it became central to the story and the events that happened around the whole family. It was interesting to see them both struggle with some of the concepts around being a shifter and how they handled it and became more comfortable with it. Easy to read and understand. Contains explicit sexual content.
