Dalissa Furr is a lioness shifter from the planet Aurora and she wants to explore new places before she becomes even more bored than she is already. Her parents keep telling her that she is smaller than normal and delicate and so she is undesirable - maybe she can find herself a mate while she is on Earth too? Wold shifter Azai Whittip is the alpha of the White Tip pack and dismaying the females in his pack will only accept his true mate for his lifelong partner. When Gerri asks him to take a friend sightseeing he never expected this friend to be his mate, gorgeous and smell so good. To Azai life is perfect now he has found Dalissa, but someone from either his wolf pack on=r the neighbouring lion pride thinks that lions and wolves do not (and should not) mix. When both of the alphas and the male wolved go missing it's up to Dalissa to work out what is going on and how to stop the one person set on destroying both groups as well as dominating the human world!
This was a very dramatic story (in places) as well as a lot of misunderstandings, miscommunication and missed opportunities. Whilst I enjoyed some elements of the story, I did find some of the misunderstandings a bit tedious over time and feel that part of the story was a little overplayed. Well written and easy to understand. Contains some sexual content.
