SEALs of Honor: Colton SEALs of Honor: Colton by Dale Mayer
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

SEAL Colton Edgewood gets a new work assignment - to help run a training course in Greenland and so gets a military flight to that. However, he notices the co-pilot he once had a night of passion with and never got around to reconnecting with so maybe now is the time to do that? However, things go south suddenly when the engine blows up and he and the two pilots are forced to abandon the plane and parachute into the Arctic Ocean. Suddenly he has to snap into work mode as he is the only one prepared for the situation and needs to keep them both alive. Kate Winnows is the co-pilot on the flight and has never forgotten Colton but life was busy and had never got around to it - can she take this opportunity to reconnect and get a second chance? It might have to wait as they now find themselves as the crash was no accident but just the tip of the iceberg in a case involving blackmail, drugs and even murder. Can they come out of it all alive, solve the case and have a second chance?

This was a story full of danger, drama and excitement as we went ton a ride of many twists and turns through the complex layers of the drug trade that they are accidentally embroiled in. It was definitely addictive as the story took us on a ride through everything that happened so that we were surprised at every turn. Well written and very enjoyable it was easy to feel and become addicted to the story. I loved the relationship between Kate and Colton and the way it built back up into something special.
