Review: Night Of The Dragons by Miranda Martin 3 of 5 stars

Night Of The Dragons (Red Planet Dragons of Tajss, #7.5)

Night Of The Dragons by Miranda Martin
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Piper Sage was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and had been put into stasis on the generational starship until a cure had been found. However, when she wakes it is to a nightmare of two suns, sand and high temperatures. There is no way she is going to give in but with long unused muscles and pale skin, life is near impossible on the red planet. Her salvation arrives in the form of four powerful dragon men who have decided to be her protectors. However, Kaidan, Ejder, Anguis and Mikhos do not want to share their treasure but Piper has other ideas - why share when you can have them all?

This was an enjoyable sidestep to the normal Tajss books as Piper was on her own and it took a reverse harem direction. The way that she learnt the language was interesting and all the dangers and drama that they went through although it was quite a light read with little detail or any thoughts are emotions. I did find it a little hard to accept the RH viewpoint as generally the Zmaj are alpha males with absolutely no quarter when it comes to their treasure. Easy to read and understand. Contains explicit sexual content.
