It doesn't make sense that Leon can't get his new hire out of my head. He's a tiny guy with big ideas and he's Leon's apprentice which means he's completely off limits. But he’s already under his skin. And for the first time with any guy, he doesn’t think he can hold his own against him. Physically, yes. Emotionally, no. Auggie makes him weak. Auggie always wanted to go into the family business and follow in his Dad’s footsteps. Until in his senior year of high school when he told him to find a new dream. No one would let a small, clumsy guy like him on a construction site. And after trying and failing for years, he was starting to believe him. Then LJ Constructions calls him for an interview and when he meets Leon, he becomes my new dream. He's hot as hell, self made, and instead of putting Auggie down, he sees what he's always seen in himself.
I enjoyed this story with the two men who were not an obvious match but actually worked together well. I loved their relationship and the way that everything was very caring and natural. Their thoughts and feelings were easy to feel and the as I was so invested in their relationship. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
