Dear Satan. Those two words are some of the sweetest that Lucifer has ever read. From December first to December twenty-fifth Lucifer dedicates everything to the happiest time of the year. With a snowstorm raging out his window, his fireplace roaring and warm, and a hot cocoa in his hand, Lucifer is enjoying his favourite month when a portal opens in his office. Gage and Cary are desperate. In a few short days Gage’s parents are marrying him off to a woman since they don’t believe in true mates. Finding an old magic book in the attic, Cary tries his hand at summoning. If a demon can’t scare Gage’s parents and clowder into leaving them alone, then no one can. They never expected to find their third mate, the king of hell, and the Daddy that they’ve been looking for. Finding his two mates in his living room is a shock. Lucifer is in for an exciting month and that doesn’t count all the presents he needs to assemble in his magical workshop. Dealing with an evil clowder leader, magic being abused, a kidnapped mate, and a moronic angel brother, Lucifer has his hands full. It’s a good thing that he has his own little helpers and Christmas magic!
I enjoyed this story with the two men who loved each other and were desperate to find a way to stay together and how they met their mate who just happened to be Lucifer. I loved the way that he read the Dear Satan letters and tried to help them by making toys. The dramatic ways that evil had taken over the clowder and town was dramatic and definitely needed Lucifer to fix. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MMM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB and Daddy/boy dynamics.
