Review: Stealing Iris by Sahara Roberts 3 of 5 stars

Stealing Iris (Blood Ties, Book 1)

Stealing Iris by Sahara Roberts
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

As soon as Dante saw Conrado he knew the guy was trouble and was ready to walk until he saw Iris. As soon as his eyes met hers he wanted her but he could also see that something was wrong, but she wouldn't tell him what it was. Conrado might think he can play Dante, but he was no idea as his position in the Mafia means he is not going to win, the question is whether he is prepared for the consequences as Dante will have Iris.

I enjoyed this story although it was a little dramatic in places and yet I wasn't sure that it was explored enough or even explained enough. There were definitely the requisite themes of mature themes and graphic violence which might be a trigger for some people. It was a fairly quick and easy read that was enjoyable.
