This was a sweet story of a man who had his life turned upside down by a medical condition finding love with a man who was perfect for him. I found Sebastian's friends very intolerant which did not fit with their lifestyle. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BSDM-like DDLB dynamic with ABDL.
