Owen has been in love with Barrett since they met in college. Ten plus years and nothing has changed. No man would ever measure up to him, so why would he waste his time? They'd never be Barrett. He'll never be the one for him, so he works as the in-house designer at Barrett's firm and takes what he can get. He might be a Daddy, but he's not interested Owen's my kind of little. Barrett has been in love with Owen since college. More than ten years later, that hasn't changed. He's tried to move on from him, but other men have never measured up. To keep him close, he hired Owen at his hospitality firm, and he takes what he's willing to share. Owen might be a little, but he's not interested in Barrett's kind of Daddy. These two best friends will need some help from fate and a little magic to make their happily ever after happen.
This was a sweet story of two men who loved each other and had time and a lot of false assumptions between them. I loved that circumstances meant that they were able to correct their assumptions and find the future that they both deserve. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.
