Eric Smith is getting used to changes in his life and figuring things out as he goes. In a new undercover assignment Eric comes across a young man that calls to his very soul. Trying to find the source of the drug operation inside the casino, flirting with the cute barista, and taking care of his brother is keeping Eric busy. It’s a good thing that he has friends by his side ready to go to war with him. Ezra Lee gave up everything when he became a single father three years ago. Nothing is more important than his sweet little angel, not even his desire to be little, or finding a Daddy to call his own. The new security officer at the casino has Ezra wishing things were different though. Ezra has found a home with Lambert Entertainment and at the coffee shop located inside the casino. He has real friends, is making decent money, and can give his daughter everything she needs. So why does Ezra have the strongest desire to also give Eric Smith his heart?
This was a sweet story with some drama mixed into it. I loved Eric and how well he cared for his brother which prepared him for how he cared for Ezra and his angel. The drug dealing case involved the leader who was determined to have Ezra so it was great that Eric was well placed to protect him. Easy to read,feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.
