This is a great value collection of short/full stories in the MC subgenre of romantic fiction. Throughout them all, you will find strong men who are very protective of those they love. As always with this subject area, they will contain content only aimed at mature audiences as they will contain violence, rape, sex, murder and content that may be offensive.

The High Road by KE Osborn

This was a great story about Brix and Akira, their near accident, him trying to keep her alive, and how they became a couple. I loved their story and hope that we get to read much more about them in the future as the dynamic between them was electric.

Mindi's Promise by Elizabeth Knox

I loved Mindi's story and how things between her and Tyler changed so much and immediately went into abuse. It was great to see how Fist was the complete opposite and showed us all just how honourable and trustworthy bikers were.

Great value sports-based anthology. Lots of great stories - the one I enjoyed the most was this one -

Push the Limit by KE Osborn -5*
This is about Dan and his competitor's daughter Eden and how things turned out for them on the drag racing circuit. Definitely full of action and also an insight into his childhood which still affects him now. Connects neatly into the Houston Defiance series of books although you don't have to have read any of them to enjoy this story. A great read that I really enjoyed as it fits really well into both the sports and the MC genres of books. Contains just a little sexual content.

A great series that contains plenty of power, violence, exploitation and sexual content (as well as romance). Well written and easy to read and understand.

Dex's Devotion - Elizabeth Knox & E.C. Land - 4*
This first book in the series introduces us to Ember and Dex who are at college and follows how they become members of the Scorpio Society and what is required for them to join. Easy to read and understand. A little hard to follow in places.

Legacy - Brynne King & Angela Sanders - 5*
In this part 1 of the book Legacy, Roman and Rylie meet and it becomes clear that they belong together. By the end of this story, Rylie has passed the test to get into the Scorpio Society and just need to get past the initiation. Sparks definitely fly between these two! Contains explicit sexual content.

Chaos and Corruption - Janine Infante Bosco - 4*
This is the start of a book that will be published later in the year. Lots of twists, drama and danger. Ends on a sad note so I really hope there is happiness in the full version.

The Promise - Anna Edwards & Claire Marta - 5*
Harper, Dex’s half-sister, is promised to marry Tobias Richardson when she was only 5 because both belong to important families for the Scorpio Society. Harper was raised in an MC, but now that she has turned 18 it’s time to go live with the family of her future husband. Harper is not happy with the future chosen for her and so she rebels whenever she can. This was a great story to show the inner workings of the Scorpio society and is full of twists and turns.

Our Salvation - Addison Jane & KE Osborn - 5*
This is the story of Koda when he is at college and what happens to him there. There are some fairly major happenings and as part of that, he has to grow up and stand on his own two feet. The Scorpio Society are also involved plus he meets fellow student Thayleah who quickly becomes his girlfriend. Full of danger and drama. Ties in nicely with the Houston Defiance MC series by KE Osborn.
