College student Hayley is a nerd who is comfortable with music recording equipment and computer programmes. She is given a job as an intern working for a tour of a rock band headed by musician Jax Jamieson. She was there to work, but not only did she work but she fell in love with him.

This was a quite pleasant read with an intimate knowledge of music mixing equipment used in concerts and computer programs around sound. This is a slow-burn romance which is over 3 books with a 4th book that adds more to the trilogy. It was pleasant to read and easy to get pulled into the world that the characters lived in.
