Fox shifter Foxy O’Malley has watched as other people around her find their true mates and is becoming impatient especially as she is working alongside the man who is meant for her - if only he was to take notice and do something about it. After she receives an anonymous gift she decides to make the first move but it wasn't him - how embarrassing! Bear shifter Menot Talbit moved to the city to prepare for the rest of his clan to follow. When he starts working at the Heads N’ Tails club he had no idea he would find his mate - however he was warned to stay away from her or lose his job! When customers start disappearing and detectives believe that Foxy is behind it all, his is alarmed when he doesn't turn up for her shift. It has to be up to him now to prove she is innocent as well as find her.
This was a really nice story where Foxy and Menot just couldn't keep away from each other and then were very glad to have gone that far in a relationship as it meant that he could find and rescue her. Lots of drama and danger in this story which was clearly written and easy to read. Contains explicit sexual content.
