Charlie is living the life he wants to live but he needs someone to take his virginity although working up the management chain at Crushleaves him very little time to hook up with anyone. He gets a lot of support from his family which means everything to him but this is something they can't help him with. His brother Josh is an art student with a place at university waiting for him and has had plenty of time to sow his oats at college but chose to stay true to his boyfriend until he finds him in a compromising situation with someone else and ends it. Their family then lurches through a series of revelations which end with Charlie and Josh crossing boundaries they never expected to, but even coping with blackmail and assault they have each other and as long as they keep on talking they can weather anything.
I really enjoyed this story with lots of twists and turns as the revelations in the family devastate and then give them a gift as they discover they can be together. I loved that they found out who their true friends were and that was really important for them so that they could fight for each other. Easy to read and understand. It will definitely cause a few tears if you get as emotionally invested in the story as I was. Contains mature content in this MM story.
