Top-tier makeup artist Carly Sterling's brother believes she is in serious danger and so to please him she accepts the services of Damian Scott as her bodyguard, but she thinks he is the bossiest and has a controlling and overbearing self. He insists that she is a Little but she is in denial however he knows that even though she is a stubborn and mouthy brat she is also the one for him - he just needs to convince her. Carly has learned that it's not safe to show the hidden parts of herself - it always ends badly. Can she learn to trust Damian, not only to protect her but to care for her and love her?
I enjoyed this story with the stubborn and determined Carly and the tolerant but firm Damian they were definitely a match made in heaven. I loved the way that he and his staff were determined to keep her safe even though she still didn't appreciate the danger that she was in. A lovely ending to the story where she finally got everything. and appreciated what she was and had. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content of a BDSM DDLG nature.
