I loved this short story — it felt like a warm, joyful epilogue to the original book. Malachi Keogh was still his adorable, chaotic self, and Julian Pollard was brighter and more colourful than ever. Revisiting the Dead Letter Office was a delight, and I loved how the whole team came together to help Julian pull off a perfect surprise for Malachi. A sweet, festive story that leaves you smiling. This was an MM story with mature content.
