Gage Dawson is a Paranormal investigator and IT genius but is dreadful at dating and seems to firmly end up in the friend zone time after time. Usually, a date stops at the first dinner but when his first love and childhood best friend comes back into his life, he is determined to not make any mistakes this time. Erica Miller has the skills to be a psychic medium but they are not well developed and she hides them from others. She is currently struggling to make a hunted community theatre a success and never had any problems but blackouts, confusion and headaches are plaguing the rehearsals and she needs the help of a paranormal investigator to find the culprit. She hasn't seen Gage since high school and the best friend and nerdy boy-next-door is now a mouth-watering specimen of a man. Can friends become lovers or will the spirits drive them apart?

I enjoyed this story although it was a bit annoying at times with all of Erica's doubts added into her total belief in the ghost she had known for the longest. I did enjoy the way they made mistakes in their relationship in the past as well as today plus the way they had to get over them just like we all do in real life. I enjoyed the section at the end which nicely finished up the three books in this series and gave them all the kind of future life that we all wanted them to have. Well written, easy to read and understand. Contains some sexual content.

Successful big-city lawyer Trent Austin does not have time for the run-down Victorian house he just inherited in the suburbs from a crazy uncle. Determined to get rid of it as soon as he can, he contacts the best real estate agent in Michigan Tina Sanders even though she dumped him three months ago fearing commitment. However, as soon as she sees him again the flames of attraction between them rekindle again and against her better judgement she accepts the job. It soon becomes clear that she has a connection to the house that is far deeper than the sexy lawyer who currently owns it. They then realise that something in the house wants Trent to be dead and instead of just battling to win her affections he is also battling to stay alive and get the HEA that they both want with each other. Who is going to win this struggle?

I enjoyed this story which had the two entertained and yet also parallel stories of the house and what was happening in there that was trying to kill Trent as well as the battle for Trent and Tina to accept the feelings that they were experiencing, what was real and the kind of future that was possible for them both to have together if they could get past the threat to his life. I liked all the drama and analysis of emotions that was happening for them both as well as the need for them to trust each other. There was plenty of drama as well as some sexual content. I really enjoyed the ending at the way that everything was eventually wrapped up.

Logan might find his gift of reading people a very welcome skill in the business world, but that together with his psychic ability and the ghost haunting his house are about to make him crazy. He has always assumed that he cannot have a normal life, but all of that changes when he meets Allison. She could be the answer to his prayers, but even if she can overcome her fears, loving Logan will mean risking her life.

I really enjoyed this story which had a lot of complex emotions for both Allison and Logan on their own as well as together, mixed into all the psychic skills which clearly demonstrated that there are positives and some clear negative factors to having as well as using them. I liked the drama and the way that their friendship and relationship were tested at various points as they tried to work through getting rid of the ghost. I loved the ending. Well written and easy to read/understand.
