Littleworld is a vacation sport on its own island which is reserved only for adults who are in an age-play relationship where they can indulge at the youngest age of regression with no fear of judgement. After their vacation, many are unwilling to leave the island to return to a more traditional life. Emma spends two nights per week at a local club meeting her Daddy who she adores but has always turned down when he asks her for more as she knows he was someone full-time who has regressed to a younger age than she normally does. Dr Keys is not surprised when his little girl has a tantrum when he walks into the room and she is unusually upset today before he speaks and breaks the news that will change everything. He needs to work more hours in the clinic on Regression Island and will no longer be able to travel to see her on the mainland every weekend. He has a proposition for Emma - spend a weekend with him in deeper regression and give it a try - he just hopes that it all goes well and he doesn't lose her.
I enjoyed this story of the love and affection between the doctor and Emma, her hesitancy about the deeper regression and the trial which lead to a more permanent solution. I loved her spirit and his determination to try and build a future with her. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content containing a BDSM DDLG relationship with the items associated with a young age so diapers, bottles, a paci and some medical procedures.
