Octopus shifter Fitch found his soulmate Sean when they were both four years old but over the years they have been separated by two things - a couple of oceans and their age. Every Winter Sean goes down under to spend Christmas with his family and over the last twenty years he’s spent his favourite holiday surfing and lazing around on golden beaches with his best friend, Fitch. Sean wants more than friendship but has no idea how to get Fitch to see him as more than a friend. Mandy is Shaun's sister and is determined to help the two men get together and discover that true love comes with suckers.
This was a sweet story of two men who had known and loved each other for years but never told each other. I loved the way Fitch's tentacles kept teasing Sean through their lives it was just that he hadn't realised the connection. I loved that they were best friends before becoming closer to each other. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
