My rating: 4 of 5 stars
When Jack learns of a rare butterfly habitat in southeast Tasmania, he and his partner Lawson embark on a challenging winter expedition through the rugged terrain of Franklin-Gordon National Park. Their journey—marked by hiking and abseiling—is as extraordinary as the butterfly they seek, and as unique as the bond they share.
I loved this short story where we got another glimpse into Jack and Lawson's lives and their relationship. I loved the way that their son was so like Lawson and that they still took joy in finding new butterflies. This was a joy to read and everything was easy to read and feel. I'm going to miss these two men. This was an MM story with mature content.
