Shaw wrecked his personal life with reckless choices and a toxic affair that cost him the one person who truly mattered—Joseph. I loved this story of redemption, emotional warfare, and the dangerous hope that maybe—just maybe—love is worth the risk. Throughout the story there was tension, regret, and lingering love. I loved the way that they both cared for each other and that health issues did not scare either men away. I did wonder why Joseph was not on some form of disease modifying drug to slow down the progression of his MS. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
