I also loved the way Kylo stepped in to guide Cairo, helping him find confidence and strength in a world that had only ever hurt him. The book carries a lot of emotion, touching on themes of past trafficking, abuse, and the long shadows they cast, but it balances that darkness with tenderness, care, and the slow rebuilding of trust. And in the end, seeing Rhodes and Cairo find their happiness together made the journey worth it. A heartfelt, emotional read with danger, healing, and a well‑earned happy ending. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like Daddy/boy dynamic.
