I loved how the connection between these two men slowly shifted from duty and necessity into something far more meaningful. The danger of their journey — along with Nikola’s sharp edges and arrogance — pushed them together at first, but over time that tension softened into genuine affection and eventually love. Lucas’s steady presence and the way he handled everything with patience made their growing bond feel earned and emotional. With so many feelings and high‑stakes moments woven throughout, plus the drama surrounding their survival, this story delivered both heart and intensity. This was an MM story with mature content.
