Fugitive by K.E. Osborn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Fugitive was a cop who fell in love and became a biker for that love. Tragically the love of his life died of an incurable illness and he was just left with the club family and the two children. However, he has to become a real-life fugitive while a problem is being resolved so that he can come back to his kids. What he never expected, was to meet a ray of sunshine who would change his life for the better by giving him the confidence to stand up and fight for his family and what is right.
This was a very dramatic story that was completely addictive all the way through. I loved the emotional rollercoaster as well as the physical issues at times. It was great to see how Fugitive could work through the loss of his wife and come out the other side in order to build a new life with a new love. I loved the way that his relationship with his brother was rebuilt as well as the way that the other chapters of the biker organisation came through with help just when they needed it. The slant of Jovie's family and how that was resolved was also very interesting. An addictive read that I read faster and faster as I needed to know how it was going to end. Includes some sexual content.
