Realtor Annie has been unlucky in love and so the only affection she has now is from her dog Buddy. Just when she feels like she is at rock bottom she meets Gerri Wilder from the PDA who has just the mate in mind for her. Dire wolf shifter Bill Armbruster needs help to find his fated mate sd hid own choices in the past have not worked out so he trusts the PDA to work their magic for him just like they did for his parents years ago. As soon as he meets Annie he is completely taken with her - could she be the one for him? When Bill's past puts Annie in mortal danger will he be able to take on the pack leader and handle the psycho ex who is determined not to take no for an answer? Can their love survive so that they have the future they deserve?
I enjoyed this story which was a sweet novella which was a typical PDA story with fated mates, the psycho ex, danger and saving the day before a HEA. I enjoyed the link back to Bill's previous pack and was just a bit disappointed that there could have been more involvement of Bill's mother and the vents that must have led to the acceptance by Annie of the fact that he was a Dire wolf. Contains explicit sexual content.
