All that anyone does know is that he is possessive, aggressive and demanding that Scarlett be his. Can they team up to keep him alive while they figure out what he has become - a deranged killer or the most powerful alpha ever known?
I loved this story which was full of danger, drama and excitement all the way through. I loved the relationship between the two and the way it was developing. Scarlett was a sassy woman who was not prepared to be pushed around by anyone - even her mate. I loved the double jeopardy or death through the assassination attempt or the injections used to save his life. Well written and easy to read and understand. Contains explicit sexual content.
