Lorenzo was in Las Vegas and can't go back to his family as they trusted him but he let them down and so needs to fix the situation first. The Harper walked into his life and he immediately wanted her. However, she made it clear, that they could be together for one night only, then that was it and they both had to walk away. Harper's life is not going well - she has just separated and is soon to divorce her cheating husband, she has no job, and her family don't want anything to do with her. So she decides to spend one night with a hot stranger, leave him wanting more, and then walk away.
This certainly had an unusual start as Lorenzo and Harper met, had a night of passion, and then went their own ways. Life carries on and they have their own lives until Lorenzo returns to his family and meets her there. Before they know it they are back together and tying themselves together in ways that they never imagined on their one night in Vegas. An enjoyable story where they started in the physical but then developed much more than that. An interesting take on how a relationship can start and then develop. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content.
