Easton is a little who works from home which means he can snuggle under his favourite blanket with his otter stuffie Charlie. He is asked to go to a week-long conference in Las Vegas and it is awful. The rep Jared in the next booth makes it more bearable for him as he spends all week flirting with him and giving off daddy vibes by bringing him coffee and food. At the end of the conference, they have a hot night before flying home but he is not a daddy so they go their separate ways. On return home, Easton is told the hotel had bedbugs and he had to take everything (including his otter Charlie) to the laundromat to disinfect everything. When he returns home Charlie is missing.
I loved this story where Jared finds Charlie and they live in the same area. They took things slow with dates and exploration but Jared was a Daddy who just had to follow his guy and learn the few details he had no experience with (like footie jammies, baths and bottles). Their relationship was just so sweet and I loved the way they were able to lean on other members of the community to help them. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MM story with mature content and a BSDM-like DDLB dynamic.
