Human and professional poker player Clair Bolton roams between tournaments all across the world. However, her life is not room service and sunny resorts and she made some bad decisions in the past and lost control of her life and her future. Now sworn off men, she is totally focused on gaining her freedom until she meets sexy hotel owner Logan whose kisses make her question her life. I really enjoyed this story which had the jeopardy of what was forcing Claire to keep playing poker for others as well as Logan's disbelief in finding his mate and accepting that there were other ways to live a life other than being chained to his mobile phone and on-call 24/7. I enjoyed the passion that they shared as well as their acceptance of each other when they truly understood what their actual relationship was. It was easy to read and understand as I was swept away into their story. Contains explicit sexual content.
