Review: Grim's Little Reaper by Raisa Greywood 2 of 5 stars

Grim's Little Reaper (Club Apocalypse #0.5)

Grim's Little Reaper by Raisa Greywood
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

Landscape architect Jolene Miller has been hired to restore the landscaping around a vintage Route 66 motel where she had met and married her late husband. Determined to have her way, she does not care what a brat she is, whether her employers can afford the time or cost, or even if they threaten to fire her. Zach Stratton is a retired Navy captain and has been called in to assist some old friends with their "brat problem" even though she is gorgeous, stubborn and exactly what he never knew he needed. He just needs to persuade her to take a chance on them both.

I struggled with this story and I think that was because it focused a lot on her and she was such a brat or complete an utter prima donna determined to have her way that it lost me. I did like Zach and the cool and calm way he handled her like a skittish horse. It was easy to read and understand. Contains mature content.
