Soldier Jax Wescott sees Ember Stevens having a panic attack and so steps in to help her through it. It becomes apparent to him that she is a Little and needs a daddy who will take care of her and at times take charge just like him. Although she sobs when spanked when reckless with her safety being held in Jax's arms and claimed is better than anything she could have dreamed of. She just needs to cope with a doctor's examination.
I enjoyed this story of the caring way that Jax cared for her and made sure that she was cherished and healthy. Ember was strong when she had a daddy behind her to give her confidence in herself. Easy to read and understand. Contains a BDSM relationship with a daddy/Little scenario.
