Review: The Ice is Right by Milly Taiden 4 of 5 stars

The Ice is Right (Paranormal Dating Agency, #57)

The Ice is Right by Milly Taiden
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

After years of doing the same commute to the same job, Joy Roberson has a nudge from friend Gerri Wilder and so she applies for a job in Alaska in a place called Polar Point. What she never expected there was to find a hot romance. Adam Caldwell is a pilot for Polar Point Logistics and has been alone since he left his clan behind and so had no hope of finding love let alone his fated mate until he meets the new woman at work. However, fate appears to not want them together and so is prepared to sacrifice his shifter half in order to go to Florida and be with her - the question is can he live with that price or will it kill him in the end?

I enjoyed this story with the move to Alaska, the romance and then drama she found there followed by all the events back in Florida as well as in Alaska again. There was plenty of danger and drama as well as some very raw emotions in this story. At the centre of it all was a love story between Joy and Adam with a little help from Gerri. Contains some mature content.
