Review: The Alien Prince’s Mate by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

The Alien Prince’s Mate

The Alien Prince’s Mate by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Alpha Prince Esak discovers a parent he never knew and learns his fated mate lives on another planet. Omega Blake is staying at Shore’s Home B&B, still shaken from their first encounter. He tries to keep a low profile… until Esak walks in, making hiding impossible. Despite every rule he’s been taught, Blake wants to be seen — especially by Esak.

This was an enjoyable story where Esak not only found his fated mate but also finally discovered his missing parent, giving the plot a lovely mix of romance and revelation. Blake’s talent was amazing, and the way he lived so much of his life in fear made him deeply relatable — especially once Esak stepped into his world. I did smile at the surprise over a pregnancy after unprotected sex, but it didn’t take away from the charm of the story. There were clear emotions and feelings throughout, especially around Esak’s reunion with his parent, which added a warm emotional core to the story. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: The Alien Prince's Alpha by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

The Alien Prince's Alpha

The Alien Prince's Alpha by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Prince Herix becomes heir when his brother leaves Thulnara for his mate on Earth, and he must now find his own destined partner before one is chosen for him. A soothsayer reveals his true mate is also on Earth — so Herix breaks tradition and goes to find him. In a seaside town, Alpha Lennox runs a small B&B and has been saving one room for the man he’s seen in dreams. When Herix arrives, Lennox knows instantly he’s the one.

A nice, easy fated‑mates romance between a human and an alien, this story had a gentle charm even if it wasn’t particularly inspiring. I enjoyed reading it, especially the way their connection unfolded across worlds, but it didn’t quite deliver the emotional depth I hoped for. Still, the pairing had a sweet appeal, and the destined‑bond angle kept the story moving. A pleasant read overall, even if it doesn’t stand out among other fated mates stories. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: The Alien Prince’s Omega by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

The Alien Prince’s Omega

The Alien Prince’s Omega by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Alpha Prince Kagin learns his mate isn’t on Thulnara but on Earth, so he breaks every rule to find him. Omega vet Hanson keeps dreaming of a blue baby that feels like his… until a mysterious woman says “he’s coming.” That hope becomes real when Hanson nearly runs Kagin over with his car — their fated meeting at last.

I really appreciated that Kagin understood a mate bond wouldn’t be instant for a human and genuinely tried to go slowly, giving Hanson the space he needed. That patience was one of the strongest parts of the story. I also enjoyed the involvement of the soothsayer, which added a nice touch of mysticism. But overall, I struggled with the lack of emotions and deeper feelings, and the near‑instalove pacing made the romance feel a bit too quick and underdeveloped. A sweet idea with some lovely moments, but I found myself wishing for more emotional depth and a slower, richer build between them. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Moonbeams & Mistletoe by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Moonbeams & Mistletoe

Moonbeams & Mistletoe by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Indigo enters witness protection expecting a simple safe house, not a luxurious lodge run by a wolf‑shifter pack — or Riven, the future Alpha who instantly recognises him as his fated mate. Indigo has no idea shifters exist until he accidentally witnesses the pack’s full‑moon run on Christmas Eve and panics. Now Riven must convince him their bond is real, and Indigo has to choose between fear and the growing trust he feels for the man determined to protect him.

This novella has such a lovely pull between Indigo and Riven — that quiet, steady tug of a bond that’s more than instinct. Even when Indigo needs space to process the truth about shifters and the mate bond, Riven gives it to him without hesitation, trusting that what they share will bring him back when he’s ready. I really appreciated that their connection wasn’t just the mate bond but genuine affection and growing love. The story blends warmth, emotion, and a touch of danger in a way that feels effortless. It’s easy to read, easy to feel, and easy to root for these two as they navigate fear, trust, and the promise of something real. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Milk For The Billionaire’s Little by Harper Dunbar 4 of 5 stars

Milk For The Billionaire’s Little: M/M Ageplay Romance

Milk For The Billionaire’s Little: M/M Ageplay Romance by Harper Dunbar
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

As the billionaire CEO of Millerson Enterprises, Kennan is surrounded by admirers chasing status and wealth. But beneath the surface lies a secret he’s never dared to share: he’s part of the Lactin Brotherhood, and the world isn’t ready for a headline like “Billionaire Lactates.” When he discovers an app where Littles seek lactating Daddies for discreet encounters, Kennan sees a chance to connect—anonymously. Masked and guarded, he meets James, a Little who doesn’t flinch at his truth. One night turns tender, and when James asks to see him again, Kennan’s carefully built walls begin to crack. Now he must choose: protect his secret, or risk everything for a chance at real love.

I loved this story with the two men who got to know each other over time as Kennan learnt that James only saw the real him and not his bank balance.  I liked that there was tenderness between them and that both of them wanted to protect each other. Such a sweet story with plenty of emotions and feelings. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Review: Wrong Number, Right Tiger by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Wrong Number, Right Tiger

Wrong Number, Right Tiger by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Grayson dreads phone calls and almost skips out on a job opportunity because it requires making one. When he finally musters the courage to call, he misdials and ends up talking to Ian, a stranger. What should’ve been a brief exchange turns into a rambling conversation, ending with Ian asking Grayson on a date just as he hangs up. A seemingly wrong number takes an unexpected turn!

This was an enjoyable story with tiger shifter Ian meeting his mate Grayson. I loved the dreams Grayson was having and the stars of them. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Wrong Number, Right Lion by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Wrong Number, Right Lion

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Arlo's house suffers damage after a favourite tree is struck by lightning and falls on it, causing a leaking roof. Seeking help, Arlo accidentally misdials while trying to reach his cousin’s handyman. The call unexpectedly brings alpha Kaden to the door—someone entirely unrelated but willing to stay and assist. Yet, as the story unfolds, it seems fixing the house might not be the only connection Arlo desires.

This was a sweet story as Kaden met his mate thanks to a storm and the unfortunate felling of a much loved tree. I did find some of the story silly like "Princess" . Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Wrong Number, Right Unicorn by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Wrong Number, Right Unicorn

Wrong Number, Right Unicorn by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This story follows Davien, who keeps a landline as a promise to his late grandfather. When the phone rings in the middle of the night, past experiences make him wary, but this time it’s just a wrong number—or so it seems. On the other end, Errol is in distress, begging for bail money for "Grams," unaware he’s called the wrong person. Davien could ignore the call, go back to bed, and let it go—but something about Errol’s voice stirs something in him. Now, he faces a choice: get involved in a stranger’s late-night crisis or walk away.

This was an enjoyable story which was a mix of unexpected connections, intrigue, and a hint of unspoken attraction wrapped up in a seemingly random yet fateful call. I liked Davien and his unicorn who was quite amusing. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Wrong Number, Right Dragon by Colbie Dunbar by Lorelei M. Hart 3 of 5 stars

Wrong Number, Right Dragon

Wrong Number, Right Dragon by Colbie Dunbar by Lorelei M. Hart
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Anthony never answers calls from private numbers—until one day, a desperate voicemail changes everything. A man called Damon pleads for support as his son George undergoes emergency surgery, mistakenly believing he has reached someone he knows. Unable to contact him, Anthony follows his instincts and rushes to the hospital. Once there, his inner dragon scents his fated mate, redirecting his focus entirely. In a twist of fate, Anthony discovers that his mate and the grieving father are one and the same, leading to an unexpected and profound connection forged in crisis.

This was a sweet story which started from tragedy when George was injured. I liked that Anthony was respectful and focused on consent. I loved the little family that they made and the dynamic between them all. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: Milk For His Little: M/M Ageplay Romance by Harper Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Milk For His Little: M/M Ageplay Romance

Milk For His Little: M/M Ageplay Romance by Harper Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Kasper loves exploring his new found Little side. He enjoys the clothes, the toys, the sexy Daddies who want to play with him at the club. It’s all great with one exception - he wants a bottle but is allergic to cow’s milk. He’s tried alternatives, and they are fine for his coffee, but in his bottle they just don’t cut it. When he hears about men who lactate and sell their milk, Kasper wonders if he finally found the solution he’s been waiting for. Shawn has been watching Kasper play at the club for weeks. He yearns to ask him to do a scene or go on a date, but Shawn has a secret: He lactates. No boy is going to want a Daddy like that. They want strong, confident, sexy men, not ones who leak milk during naked times. He should know as he’s been rejected every time he’s been brave enough to share his secret. It’s best to keep his distance - that way no one will get hurt. When Shawn gets a new customer for his milk, he’s surprised to see Kasper at his door. Maybe he can be the Daddy Kasper needs after all.

This was a sweet story of little Kasper who found a source of compatible milk and a Daddy all in one. I loved the way that there was a focus on consent and going slow before they settled down to a comfortable relationship with each other. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Review: Love at Frost Bite: Nick by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Love at Frost Bite: Nick (Mated to His Reindeer)

Love at Frost Bite: Nick by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Alpha reindeer shifter Nick has one last delivery before he can head home to see his family for the holidays. Then a snowstorm hits and the highway I closed and he heads to a local B&B only to get stuck at the side of the road to be found by human omega Beckett who invites him to stay with him until a tow truck arrives. Little does he suspect the man is going to make all of his Christmas wishes come true, even those he doesn’t know he has.

This was a sweet story as a reindeer shifter found his mate thanks to a blizzard and fate. I loved their meals using whatever was in the cupboard or fridge which could be inventive. Their relationship was easy and a great foundation for the future. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.

Review: Dasher by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar 3 of 5 stars

Dasher (Mated at the North Pole #1)

Dasher by Lorelei M. Hart by Colbie Dunbar
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Reindeer shifter Dasher is from a long line to pull Santa's Sleighs and it is an honour to lead the team each Christmas Eve. At other times there is nothing more fulfilling than teaching young shifters and getting all of the paperwork in place. He is exhausted and is informed he is on an enforced holiday. His friend finds him an all-inclusive resort for a great price and he imagines a beach and margaritas but discovers there is a mix-up and he is going to the mountains instead. Omega human Byron is working at his uncle’s dilapidated mountainside resort which is barely making ends meet after his employer folds. When a hot guy checks in he keeps it professional until a hiking accident changes everything.

This was a sweet story where a shifter found his mate and the spirit of Christmas was spread. I loved the details of the village in the North Pole and how the gift-making and Santa/Reindeer side of things worked. I loved the way that Dasher and Byron were able to find a compromise between their lives and the need to be in two locations. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse including MPreg.

Review: A Demon Bound by Debra Dunbar 4 of 5 stars

A Demon Bound A Demon Bound by Debra Dunbar
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sam is an Imp (Demon) who currently lives on earth in a body of a human. She loves to cause trouble, drink beer and vodka (only nice vodka), eat lots of nice food, be by the pool in her garden, or lusting after her sexy neighbour. She also needs to stay under the radar of the angels so she isn't destroyed or sent back.

The book is the first in the series so introduces the characters and how they meet each other. I contains some humour and some sex scenes.

Interesting tale merging the worlds of angels, demons, werewolves, and humans. Well written book that I enjoyed.
