Tiger shifter Rev lives in Bayou Rouge and was used to being a loner knowing that finding a mate is pretty much impossible. His family favours an arranged mating but he does not. Hallie has devoted her life to science in her speciality field of zoology and especially big cats. When a friend sets her up with a matchmaker called Gerri Wilder it sets off a chain of events filled with love, romance, adventure, danger and a close encounter with the wild cat of her dreams. Unfortunately, her stubbornness gets her into trouble and Rev has a choice to either save his human mate and be rejected by his streak or live the rest of his life alone.
I enjoyed this PDA story with the dramatic way that these two mates met, the inevitable troubled waters and the danger before the HEA. I loved Rev with his own stubborn nature which was a great match with Hallie and her own stubborn nature. Obviously, there was a lot of passionate sex as well as plenty of danger and drama. Easy to read and understand. Only for mature readers.
