Ash is intersex, a sub, a pup and also deaf so is on a mission to find himself a Daddy. Then he meets someone who is a Daddy but has no idea that is what he is. Zhong is asexual (ace) and loves packing Ash a packed lunch as well as buying him presents. He loves playing board games and cuddling up with Ash at night too. He is even prepared to go to a kink club and be Ash's Handler on a pup night. Surely he can't be enough for Ash as he is?
I enjoyed this story but I did struggle with some of the behaviours of others around these two main characters. I loved Ash and he really did have so much joy within him that I was thrilled that he got some happiness even if it wasn't the full deal with Zhong. It helped me understand more about ace people and what they could or could not do. I loved the joy that they both felt when Zhong was the handler for Ash's pup. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with a BDSM-like relationship with a DDLB dynamic with puppy play.
