Rob works for Mateo Rojas which means he is well paid and that is always on time. Managing the club meant he could have his choice of any man or woman and he had a group of friends. But the place is in dire need of an experienced bartender and then the boss tells him that he has a new guy that he thinks will be a good fit. Casey's father and mother were gunned down by one of his father's bookies when he was a kid. Bouncing around foster carer he learnt a few things and so he goes to work for one of friend Benji's friends - but there is a catch - the guy seems to hate his guts. In an intervention, it all boils down to three days, two stubborn men and one bedroom in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. Passion ignites when feelings are shared and these two realize their hate for each other might not be hate at all.
I enjoyed this story with the two passionate men that started with dislike, then sex followed by shared personal information which turned into affection. I loved that they seemed to get on fine until Rob went back into his head and almost blew it all completely. Thank goodness their friends did another intervention to point out his destructive behaviour. I loved the way he tried to fix it which was very dramatic and put everything out there. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MM story with mature content.
