Review: Finding Noah by Gabbi Grey 3 of 5 stars

Finding Noah

Finding Noah by Gabbi Grey
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Noah is excited to begin a new life in the accepting town of Foggy Basin, California, where he plans to grow his dog-training business. He's happy to have his best friend Christian with him, unaware of the feelings Christian has for him. Christian has secretly been in love with Noah since they were children. He follows Noah to the new town, hoping to finally confess his feelings. He's worried that Noah, who thinks he's straight, will find someone else in their gay-friendly town before he can find the courage to tell the truth.

I loved this small-town, friends-to-lovers story with all of the various critters. They had a great friendship and it was strange how Noah was so oblivious to Christian's feelings for him and found it so hard to accept which felt quite insulting. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

Review: Enzo by Abrianna Denae 5 of 5 stars

Enzo

Enzo by Abrianna Denae
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is a story about Enzo Vargas, a mafia bodyguard, and Kail Marino, a mafia nurse, whose secret relationship is exposed after a life-altering tragedy. After an attack on the Amato Family, Enzo is severely injured, losing his leg in the line of duty. This forces him to confront his new physical reality and challenges his long-held sense of loyalty and strength. Kail, who has cared for the Amato family for years, is assigned to be Enzo's primary caregiver. This new dynamic thrusts their previously private relationship into the public eye.

I loved this story with the dreadful events that led to Enzo's injury and then the emotions and feelings that they all went through afterwards. It was very easy to relate to them both and I could feel their pain as they got used to the new normal. The supporting cast of characters were great and it was nice for such strong men to be able to show their emotions and feelings. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with a little mature content.

Review: Wizards & Weavers by Nazri Noor 4 of 5 stars

Wizards & Weavers

Wizards & Weavers by Nazri Noor
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Braiden Beadle’s beloved craft shop is fading fast, overshadowed by the sudden appearance of a dungeon outside the seaside city of Weathervale. With adventurers flooding in for treasure and glory, no one’s interested in yarn or knitting needles anymore. Desperate to save his livelihood, Braiden decides to venture into the dungeon himself. But Augustin Arcosa, the powerful and aloof Wizard of Weathervale, sees the dungeon as a threat and wants it sealed. Braiden, armed only with his quirky weaving magic and stubborn determination, must convince Augustin otherwise. Their only option? Explore the dungeon together. As they descend into its depths, sparks fly—between danger, magic, and a growing attraction neither expected.

I loved this story which was a whimsical quest of courage, creativity, and unexpected connection. I loved Braiden's weaving magic which was a clever metaphor for resilience and transformation. The supporting cast of characters were special and I look forward to seeing more of them in the next book in the series. Well written, I could feel Braiden's despair at the prospect of losing his family store. This was an MM story.

Nursing the Alpha

Nursing the Alpha by Gianni Holmes
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This is a summary of a story about a man named Flynn who agrees to a contract to provide milk for a family. The arrangement is supposed to be anonymous, but Flynn discovers the person buying his milk is someone he knows, a man named Seth. He learns that Seth has been secretly manipulating him and that the contract was a ruse. Seth doesn't just want his milk—he wants Flynn himself.

I wanted to like this story and although I did enjoy the start and end I found the larger section in the centre to be just too much. I did read the content warnings at the start of the story but the primal play was a bit too much when merged with a sudden heat. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with MPREG and male lactation.

The Carpenter and the Actor

The Carpenter and the Actor by R.J. Scott
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Grieving and overwhelmed by fame’s fallout after his brother’s death, actor Jason retreats to the quiet cabins of Ellery Mountain, hoping to disappear from the world. But solitude is disrupted when he meets Kieran—a bold, unapologetic man who sees through Jason’s defenses and wants more than just fleeting passion. Their intense physical connection sparks something deeper, but Jason’s fear of betrayal and emotional scars threaten to drive him away. As love begins to bloom, trust remains elusive. Now, it’s up to Kieran to show Jason that vulnerability doesn’t mean weakness—and that maybe, just maybe, Ellery could be the place where healing begins.

I enjoyed this short story with its central conflict of whether Jason can overcome his fears to embrace the love he's found. I found the central section of the story to be a bit boring and some parts were not necessary for the story. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

Hamish Kenneally, seeking a fresh start in the US, gets stranded in Montana just before Christmas due to a snowstorm. His detour leads him to Ren Brooks, a lonely hardware store owner in the small town of Hartbridge, who’s grieving his father and resigned to a quiet, loveless holiday. When Hamish crashes near Ren’s property, Ren rescues him and offers shelter. What begins as a temporary arrangement turns into something more heartfelt, as the two men bond over festive decorations, cookies, and unexpected companionship. Despite the blizzard and missed plans, their connection brings warmth and hope—suggesting that sometimes, the best kind of Christmas miracle is simply finding someone who understands you.

I loved this Christmas story with the two men who met after Hamish's bad luck with his travels and the weather. The story was rich with healing, serendipity, and the quiet magic of found family. The story was typical from this author and so full of emotions, feelings and is highly likely to cause you to cry. This is an MM story with mature content.

Emery, a barber, is exhausted from always being the strong one for his clients. He craves a relationship where he can be vulnerable and cared for, but he believes such a dynamic is out of reach. Michael, on the other hand, is a man who has spent years searching for a "pretty little doll"—a submissive partner he can dote on and dress up. He's beginning to lose hope until he meets Emery, who he immediately sees as his ideal partner.

I enjoyed this story with an overwhelmed Emery and a strong and confident Michael who had a chance meeting and were perfect for each other. There were emotions and feelings that Emery had to work through and through it all Michael was there to help and support him. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic including male lactation and dollification.

Stirring Up Trouble

Stirring Up Trouble by A.W. Scott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Robin is a man who is going through a long and frustrating dry spell in his love life. He volunteers at a rodeo for a change of scenery and immediately becomes captivated by a man named Anders Blaze. Despite Anders's grumpy demeanour and his attempts to avoid him, Robin feels a strong, instinctive pull toward him. He believes that Anders is "his" and is willing to face any trouble that might come from pursuing him. The summary sets up a dynamic where Robin is determined to win over a seemingly reluctant Anders.

I loved this story with the two men who were drawn together even though they had both considered themselves as straight. There were a few silly moments but the introduction of some of the characters from the author's other series added some light hearted moments. I loved that they had a HEA at the ending with a clear path for their future. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like Daddy/boy dynamic.

He Should Be Mine

He Should Be Mine by Jessica Jackman
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Dario, is a bodyguard for a mafia capo, who finds himself falling for Molly, the very person he's tasked with guarding. Dario is captivated by Molly, a beautiful and passionate male sex worker, yet he can also be difficult and rude. Despite Molly's challenging demeanour, Dario sees a vulnerability that makes him want to offer comfort. The central conflict is that Molly belongs to Dario's dangerous mafia boss Ricardo. Dario's job is to protect and control Molly, not to crave him. He must suppress his desire and maintain his role as a "jailer" while fighting his feelings for the man he's meant to watch but never touch.

I really enjoyed this story with the two men who had to live together while Molly had to wait for Ricardo's visits. I did find it hard to read some of the situations between Ricardo and Molly as they read more like rape. I enjoyed the plotting to overthrow Ricardo although I did find the Don's reaction to be a bit strange. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Feeling lonely and disconnected after his mother's death and a distant relationship with his father, Archie moves to Foggy Basin for a fresh start. He takes a job at the Blue Star Diner and rents a room from Brogan. Brogan, a kind high school teacher with a passion for helping others, offers Archie the warmth and stability he's been missing. Their shared living space leads to a deeper bond, and they realize that what they're truly looking for isn't just a place to live, but a sense of belonging with each other.

Ricky is a flight attendant who, after a string of bad luck—including a cheating boyfriend, a plane crash, and an eviction—decides to change his life. He rebrands himself as Adrian, buys a first-class ticket, and vows to be more careful with his heart. His plan is to go to Ibiza, but a panic attack on the plane leads to him being rescued by a handsome stranger. That stranger is Prince Renard, a "playboy prince" whose public misdeeds have landed him in trouble with his father. As punishment, he must sail his yacht from Ibiza to the Maldives alone. However, an unexpected encounter with Adrian on the plane sparks a change in him, and he finds himself intrigued and unwilling to let Adrian go.

I enjoyed this tale of two people running from their pasts and finding a new path together. Ren was a very OTT example of someone wealthy who was out of control with his decadent lifestyle. Ricky was more deserving of pity after his plane crash but was unbelievably pathetic with his choices for romantic partners and sulking. I enjoyed this story but did not love it. This was an MM story with mature content.

Code Blue

Code Blue by N.R. Walker
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This story centers on Steve Frost, a former aspiring mixed martial arts champion who now works as a security guard for the famous. He becomes the head of security for a boy band called Atrous and grows particularly close to one of its members, Jeremy. Jeremy is not only the face of the band but also the target of a dangerous stalker. As the pressure of fame and stress takes a toll on his health, Steve becomes his crucial support system.

I loved this story with the two men who adapted their relationship as they navigated the dark side of celebrity, highlighting how even the most successful people can be vulnerable. I loved the way that Steve was so protective of Jeremy but I did find the bi-awakening lacking in detail and too high level. The health issues were well described and easy to understand. Not as enjoyable as the first book in the series but I still really enjoyed it. This was an MM story with mature content.

Roscoe's life revolves around his job managing Maddox. He sees the real person behind the public persona and is secretly in love with him. Parts of the story were very emotional and I felt a lot of empathy for Maddox.  Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

Tip, a professional soccer announcer who has never been so captivated by someone, can't stay away from Artem. He's trying to understand his intense connection with Artem and wonders if it's fate.

I loved this story with the men who found themselves drawn to each other despite their initial intentions. This resulted in a conflict where both men are trying to figure out their feelings for each other while navigating external challenges, including their age difference. They were so sweet together while they worked through the emotions and feelings that they had together and if they had a future together. This was an MM story with mature content.

Cueball & Double-Z by Courtney W. Dixon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Gio (Zero) feels trapped in a cycle of failure and emotional suppression, having loved Cole silently for years. His self-worth erodes until Cueball offers refuge, sparking a rediscovery of joy and a surprising new love—for both Cole and Cueball. Cole (Zilch), burdened by past mistakes, finds renewed purpose in nurturing Gio and Cueball. Though still broken, he embraces his role as a source of love and healing, seeing this as his own path to recovery. Marco (Cueball), once emotionally guarded, is undone by Gio and Cole’s chaotic presence. Their vulnerability forces him to confront his own buried pain. Despite fear, he begins to crave connection again—perhaps even love. Together, these three form a fragile but transformative triad, each learning that healing often comes through loving—and being loved—by those who see your worst and stay anyway.

I loved this story with three broken men who found each other by chance and found love and support together. I adored Cole who was so intuitive and loving that I just wanted to hug him. Gio had done his best to be strong but needed someone to care for and love him. . Marco was a tormented soul but I do believe that it wasn't his fault and so I wholeheartedly agree with Alpha's opinion. This has been a very enjoyable series and it was always well researched and written by the author. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MMM story with mature content.

Wallace by Dale Mayer
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wallace answers a call from Jonas to help form a team like Terk’s elite unit—but upon arriving in England, he’s immediately pulled into a crisis. A promising MI6 applicant has vanished, and the missing woman turns out to be Amy, an old friend of Terk’s. Amy, kidnapped and disoriented, manages to send a psychic distress signal to Terk. Her fear hardens into resolve as she senses allies mobilising to save her. Wallace takes on the mission to find Amy, but the rescue quickly evolves into a high-stakes operation riddled with danger and deception.

I loved this story, which was rich with loyalty, psychic connection, and emotional stakes.  There were several twists and turns in the story, but in the end, they got through all of the danger and deception, which then rekindled the emotional bond between Wallace and Amy. I enjoyed the segments of discussion about the organisations, roles and trustworthiness of the various options. Emotions and feelings are in spades throughout the story. Loving the new psychic skills we observed. This was an MF story with a little mature content at the end.

I loved this short story where we got another glimpse into Jack and Lawson's lives and their relationship. Mine to Keep by R.S. McKenzie
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Knox, a seasoned hitman known for his precision and detachment, is shaken after botching a job that should’ve been routine. Taking time off to recalibrate, he’s sent overseas for a new mission—but fate intervenes at the airport. There, he meets two fragile, beautiful young men who stir something deep within him. Protective instincts flare, and suddenly, the cold killer finds himself yearning for connection, belonging, and the role of a guardian—a daddy. But Knox’s past isn’t done with him. As old demons close in, he must choose: fight to protect the light he’s found, or retreat into the shadows where he’s always belonged. Because love may be the most dangerous mission of all.

I enjoyed this story although it was missing the level of character development that would have made it more enjoyable. I liked the mystery of the organisation behind all of the hits sent to assassins but felt that much of this story was high level and the sex scenes were written to be salacious. This was an MMM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Imagines

Imagines by N.R. Walker
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Six months into their relationship, Lawson Gale and Jack Brighton are deeply in love but stretched thin by demanding careers—Lawson with endangered butterflies, Jack with bushfire recovery. A spontaneous trip to Queensland offers a chance to reconnect, but work follows them: Lawson is invited to help investigate the decline of the Ulysses butterfly, and soon faces a life-altering offer to stay. Working with the difficult but brilliant Professor Bonfils tests Lawson’s patience, while the offer of a permanent role forces him to choose between his passion for conservation and the life he’s built with Jack in Tasmania. But when a research expedition into the rainforest turns dangerous, the stakes shift dramatically. It’s no longer just about butterflies—it’s about survival, love, and the fragile beauty of transformation. Like the imago, the final stage of a butterfly’s life, Jack and Lawson must emerge from this trial changed, if they can emerge at all.

I loved this story as we experience more of the relationship between Lawson and Jack. I loved the way that Jack was willing to help Lawson with his work which was fortunate that he was there was an accident. There was danger and drama as well as sweet and tender moments. This was an MM story with mature content.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Lawson Gale, a brilliant but socially awkward lepidopterist, arrives in the quiet Tasmanian town of Scottsdale chasing a rare butterfly—and perhaps unknowingly, something more elusive: connection. Jack Brighton, a grounded Parks and Wildlife officer, lives a contented life with his loyal dog Rosemary and a close-knit community. But when Lawson flutters into his world, Jack sees beauty in the unexpected and realizes that not all rare creatures live in the wild—some wear bow ties and carry emotional walls. As Lawson searches for butterflies, he discovers the kind that can’t be pinned or studied—the ones that live in moments of intimacy and trust. And Jack learns that love, like nature, can’t be forced—it must be gently invited to land.

I loved this story where the butterfly metaphor deepens the emotions described in there. I loved how eccentric Lawson was and that Jack stood no chance but to fall in love with him. I loved the five dates that they had and the way that Jack's dog Rosemary love Lawson too. Easy to read, feel and understand the characters felt real. This was an MM story with mature content.

Travis Craig’s move from Texas to the Australian Outback wasn’t planned—it was instinctual. Something deep within him led him to Sutton Station, where he met Charlie, the emotionally guarded and self-doubting owner. Despite Charlie’s walls, falling in love with him was effortless. But helping Charlie learn to love himself and accept that he was worthy of happiness—that was the real challenge. Travis never wavered, believing all along that Charlie was his soulmate and that the red dirt of the Outback was home. This final instalment is a tribute to growth, healing, and enduring love. We follow them back to Texas, where Charlie finally receives the love and life he never thought he deserved. It’s not just the story of one red dirt heart—it’s the union of two.

I love this story, and I've loved this series telling the story of Charlie and Travis. There is so much emotional depth in both men that you get to know them and their emotions very well. It was great to see them handle anything difficult that needed handling and for them to get the HEA hat they justly deserved. The cast of supporting characters was also very clearly described and felt just as real. I think we all need a Ma and George, and definitely the kind of love that only a true soulmate can provide. I'm going to miss them. Easy to read, feel and understand, expect a few tears as you read the conclusion of their story. This was an MM story with mature content.

But fate delivers a cruel twist: his destined partner, a demon named Jeremiah, panics and flees at first sight. The rejection echoes Noah’s past wounds, and he vows never to chase love again.

I loved this story with its theme of redemption, vulnerability, and the slow burn of trust. I loved the way that Jeremiah did everything he could to take things slow to build Noah's trust and show him that he was cherished and respected. There was plenty of danger and action at times in the story, and both were able to show each other the strengths and skills that their supernatural type had. Their communication skills with each other were really good and I think that set them up for success too. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

Red Dirt Heart 3

Red Dirt Heart 3 by N.R. Walker
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Charlie Sutton’s life is full—overflowing, even. With Travis now a steady presence at Sutton Station and in Charlie’s heart, he feels capable of handling everything: the demands of a cattle empire, academic pressures, family struggles, and even a needy wombat. Travis is his anchor, his constant. But when circumstances threaten that stability, Charlie is forced to confront who he is without Travis by his side. Through heartbreak, resilience, and reflection, he begins to understand that love isn’t just about holding on—it’s also about becoming someone worthy, even in solitude.

I loved this story which was a poignant exploration of emotional growth, the weight of responsibility, and the quiet strength it takes to let go while still believing in love. There were times when I just wanted to shake and then hug Charlie. A lot of feelings and emotions in this story which like anything written by this author will make you cry. There was, to balance things up, a lot of joy too. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

Red Dirt Heart 2

Red Dirt Heart 2 by N.R. Walker
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Six months after Travis arrived, Charlie’s once-lonely life on Sutton Station has transformed into something tender and shared. But constant togetherness in the harsh outback begins to strain their bond. Charlie, emotionally reserved and stubborn to a fault, wrestles with feelings he can’t voice, while Travis—open and expressive—struggles with the silence between them. As miscommunication deepens and the line between love and need blurs, Charlie fears he’s driving Travis away. Yet the choice of whether they stay together may be taken out of their hands entirely.

I loved this story which explored the fragility of connection, the tension between vulnerability and pride, and the quiet ache of wanting to hold on while not knowing how. I really need to remember that when I read a book by this author to have tissues available as I will be crying at some point  - this book was not an exception to that rule! So many emotions in the events of this story. I just love these two men who are perfect for each other. This was an MM story with mature content.

Review: Resist Me Not by Amanda Meuwissen 3 of 5 stars

Resist Me Not

Resist Me Not by Amanda Meuwissen
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Trey Fisher lives a double life—charming travel writer by day, ruthless vigilante by night. He’s polished, principled, and deadly to those who abuse others. His world is meticulously controlled until he intervenes in a violent assault and meets Walker Hammond, a young doctor with a scarred past and a guarded heart. Walker, fresh out of residency and nursing wounds from a toxic ex, is swept into an intense romance with Trey, unaware of the darkness behind his savior’s smile. As their connection deepens during Walker’s brief vacation, passion collides with revelation: Trey is the man who killed Walker’s ex. Now Walker must confront the truth—can love survive when it’s built on blood? And is the comfort Trey offers worth the cost of his conscience?

I loved this story of moral ambiguity, obsession, and the seductive pull of danger wrapped in tenderness. There were a lot of of dilemmas for Walker but he was too wishy washy and indecisive which resulted in me losing my patience with him. A lot of emotions and feelings in this story although they were not normal compared to the rest of us. This was an MM story with a Daddy/boy dynamic.

Review: Red Dirt Heart by N.R. Walker 4 of 5 stars

Red Dirt Heart

Red Dirt Heart by N.R. Walker
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Set against the unforgiving beauty of the Australian outback, Red Dirt Heart follows Charlie Sutton, a rugged, emotionally guarded man running one of the world’s largest farms. Bound by tradition and solitude, Charlie has built a life of quiet endurance on Sutton Station. When Travis Craig, an American agronomy student, arrives to study the land, he’s captivated not just by the harsh terrain—but by Charlie himself. As their worlds collide, the red dirt becomes more than just a backdrop; it’s a metaphor for identity, isolation, and the slow burn of unexpected connection.

I loved this story of resilience, vulnerability, and the kind of love that sneaks up on you in the middle of nowhere. There were certainly a few very emotional parts of their story which will make you cry. I did love Travis who was the sunny one but Charlie had a lot of emotions to work through. Great descriptions of the outback which felt as if I was actually there. This was an MM story with mature content.

Bleed For You

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Jinx who leads a double life. He enjoys both his second job, which involves "blood and guts and torture," and his relationship with a boy named Craig, who is unaware of this other side of Jinx's life. Jinx is content with his choices and believes he has the "best of both worlds". What could possibly go wrong?

I loved this dark story about serial killer Jinx and his boy Craig. They had reached a crossroads in their relationship and Jinx needed to decide whether he was all in so that Craig could move to with him. I loved that they both had a lot of emotions and feelings to work through. This was an MM story with mature content and a BSDM-like DDLB dynamic.

The Teacher and the Soldier

The Teacher and the Soldier by R.J. Scott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Luke returns to Ellery only to sever ties with the town that failed him—abusive parents, painful memories, and a legacy he wants no part of. His plan is simple: settle his inheritance, sell his stake in the Ellery Mountain Cabins, and leave for good. But Daniel, a resilient former soldier and co-owner of the cabins, sees something more in Luke. He’s built a life of purpose and healing in Ellery, and when Luke walks back into it, Daniel’s heart knows he’s found the one. The problem? Luke’s already halfway out the door. As love blossoms between them, Daniel must convince Luke that Ellery isn’t just a place of pain—it could be the home he never thought he deserved.

I loved this story of healing, belonging, and the quiet courage it takes to choose love over fear. Luke could be annoying at times but considering his childhood it was understandable. I loved the dynamic between the two men and the way that they balanced each other. A lot of feelings and emotions in this story both historical and present day. This was an MM story with mature content.

Review: The Unlikely Spare by Jax Calder 3 of 5 stars

The Unlikely Spare

The Unlikely Spare by Jax Calder
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Prince Nicholas, the charming but overlooked “spare” to the throne, is used to surviving on wit and irreverence. But when a security breach forces the Crown to assign him a new bodyguard—gruff, no-nonsense Eoin O’Connell—Nicholas finds himself face-to-face with someone immune to his charm and unimpressed by his title. Eoin, a top undercover agent from Scotland Yard, is investigating corruption within his own ranks while posing as Nicholas’s protector. He’s determined to stay professional, but Nicholas’s vulnerability, intelligence, and unexpected depth begin to unravel his defenses. As the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand unfolds—with colonial tensions, assassination attempts, and unexpected intimacy—their relationship shifts from guarded banter to something far more dangerous: desire. With threats closing in and secrets surfacing, Eoin must choose between duty and the man who’s become far more than a mission.

I enjoyed this story which was witty, romantic, and laced with political nuance and emotional tensions. However, I did find both men annoying at times and sometimes the humour did not work for me. Some of the themes in this story around colonial rule and the tensions were very political and warranted more exploration. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

The Firefighter and the Cop

The Firefighter and the Cop by R.J. Scott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

In the quiet town of Ellery, Max Harrison’s world shifts when he meets Finn, a fearless local police officer who risks everything to save a man from a blazing building. Their connection is instant—intense, magnetic, and impossible to ignore. But the fire wasn’t an accident. As Max and Finn fall deeper into each other, they uncover a chilling truth: someone is setting fires with deadly intent, and Finn is the target. With danger closing in, Max must protect the man he’s falling for, even if it means risking his own life. Their love burns bright, but survival will take courage, sacrifice, and trust in a bond forged in fire.

I loved this story with its themes of protection, vulnerability, and devotion. I enjoyed that it was a mixture of a mystery and a love story so that there was a constant stream of emotions and feelings throughout. Lots of danger and drama as the attacks on On Finn escalated. This was an MM story with mature content.

Soothed By Daddy: An M/M Daddy Kink Age Play Romance by Kerry Kilpatrick

After heartbreak and betrayal, George Winslow retreats into solitude, determined to avoid emotional entanglements. But when a spilt glass of Lactin Brotherhood milk triggers unexpected vulnerability, his aloof yet nurturing tenant, Cyrus Russo, steps in—offering comfort through nursing, a gesture that defies convention and awakens deeper needs. When George’s ex resurfaces, threatening the fragile peace they’ve built, Cyrus must confront his fears and choose whether to walk away or fight for the connection that’s transformed them both.

I enjoyed this story with the two men fulfilling a need for each other and how that brought them much closer. I enjoyed the chat that Cyrus had with his colleague, who basically gave him some badly needed home truths. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic with male lactation.

Angel has survived stalkers, killers, and political corruption alongside his brothers—but love has always eluded him. Watching them find their soulmates feels like a miracle he’ll never experience. Then one night at a drag show, he sees Kona: captivating, vulnerable, and in desperate need of rescue. Sir Avery's Wish: An MM Age Gap Romance

Sir Avery's Wish: An MM Age Gap Romance by Morticia Knight
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Eli is homeless, scared, and hiding from a painful secret he left behind in Los Angeles. When his boss at the Charles River Suites discovers him living in the basement, Eli flees—too afraid to accept help, even from the kind and commanding hotel owner, Avery. Avery is haunted by the encounter. He wants to help the frightened young man, but Eli vanishes into the cold Boston streets. At a shelter, Eli finds temporary warmth through Ryan, a volunteer whose lifestyle echoes the one Eli once dared to explore. But it’s at Club Sensation where Eli meets Sir Avery again—and this time, the connection is electric. As Eli begins to trust and open up, the question looms: can he truly surrender to Avery’s care and protection when the secret he carries threatens to unravel everything?

I loved this story of vulnerability, power, and the healing that comes from being truly seen. There were a lot of emotional stakes and quiet intensity in the story which fit It well. I liked that Avery wanted Eli and that the BDSM lifestyle was not a mandatory requirement. Lots of emotions and feelings in this story. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like D/s dynamic.

Awakening His Daddy: An M/M Contemporary Daddy Romance

Awakening His Daddy: An M/M Contemporary Daddy Romance by Christine Aster
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Izzy’s life is full of sparkle—he decorates homes for the holidays, just bought his first house, and has his best friend Leo by his side. But what he really wants is a Daddy… specifically, Leo’s straight-laced, brooding father, Joe. Joe, a nearly fifty-year-old police officer, feels like life is passing him by. Divorced, lonely, and dealing with a secret lactation issue, he longs for someone to care for—someone who actually wants his intense, nurturing love. When a snowstorm traps Izzy and Joe together, sparks fly and boundaries blur. Joe isn’t as straight as he thought, and Izzy might finally get the milk-soaked cuddles he’s been dreaming of. But as Joe’s identity shifts and emotions deepen, they’ll have to decide if this unexpected connection can weather the changes ahead.

I enjoyed this story of self-discovery, kink-positive love, and the joy of finding someone who wants you just as you are. I liked that Joe was already doing some of the role of Daddy already - he just didn't know it. A sweet Christmas story although the twist with Leo was a step too far and added a touch of bizarre. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a Daddy/boy dynamic with male lactation.

Omega Captive of the Golden Dragon

Omega Captive of the Golden Dragon by Wendy Rathbone

Caylen is a wolf shifter without a beast—unable to shift, unscented, and stripped of all rights. As a set-omega, he’s cast out and sold to the dragons, who desperately seek breeders to preserve their dwindling population. Caylen’s future is no longer his own. On the auction block, fear simmers beneath his calm exterior. Then someone bids for him with pure gold—an act that stuns the crowd and seals his fate. Who is this mysterious buyer, and what does such a rare gesture mean? Caylen is about to find out that being chosen is only the beginning.

I loved this story with two men who were damaged in their own way but were drawn together and found acceptance and peace in each other. I loved that Lev loved his brother so much that he found him and then after giving him almost everything that he needed surpassed himself by finding him Caylen.  Varik had suffered so much but Caylen was perfect for him and was able to teach him that he was capable of joy and happiness. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.

Review: The Vampire's Receptionist by Amy Padilla 5 of 5 stars

The Vampire's Receptionist

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Kian, half fae and half green witch, has never truly belonged anywhere. But when a temp agency places him at Spellbound, he finds unexpected joy in the job—and concern for his new boss, Dorian, who’s clearly struggling. When Kian offers a blood donation to help, it feels like a simple act of kindness. He’s done it before. What could go wrong? Dorian, a vampire buried in stress and dangerously overdue for feeding, barely resists attacking the temp who’s just trying to help. Accepting Kian’s offer seems harmless—just one time. But the connection between them is anything but ordinary, and one act of generosity soon becomes something deeper, more dangerous, and impossible to ignore.

I loved this story of identity, trust, and the unexpected magic of finding someone who sees you—blood and all. I loved Kian's mischievous nature and how caring he was for others. The relationship between the two men was sometimes a matter of necessity as Kian provided lifesaving blood and sometimes irritation as Kian struggled to handle their connection. Dorian was misguided with his behaviour of working too hard and neglecting himself. A lot of feelings and emotions in this story which will pull you into the events in this book. This was an MM story with mature content.

Milk For The Billionaire’s Little: M/M Ageplay Romance by Harper Dunbar
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

As the billionaire CEO of Millerson Enterprises, Kennan is surrounded by admirers chasing status and wealth. But beneath the surface lies a secret he’s never dared to share: he’s part of the Lactin Brotherhood, and the world isn’t ready for a headline like “Billionaire Lactates.” When he discovers an app where Littles seek lactating Daddies for discreet encounters, Kennan sees a chance to connect—anonymously. Masked and guarded, he meets James, a Little who doesn’t flinch at his truth. One night turns tender, and when James asks to see him again, Kennan’s carefully built walls begin to crack. Now he must choose: protect his secret, or risk everything for a chance at real love.

I loved this story with the two men who got to know each other over time as Kennan learnt that James only saw the real him and not his bank balance.  I liked that there was tenderness between them and that both of them wanted to protect each other. Such a sweet story with plenty of emotions and feelings. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Single Greatest Threat

Single Greatest Threat by Charity Parkerson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Shaw wrecked his personal life with reckless choices and a toxic affair that cost him the one person who truly mattered—Joseph. Now, he’s trying to rebuild, going to therapy and making real changes, all in the hope of winning Joseph back. But Joseph’s not buying it. He’s been burned too many times, and trusting Shaw again feels like walking into a fire. Still, love doesn’t just vanish. Joseph fell hard for Shaw years ago, and despite the heartbreak, that love lingers. As Shaw fights to prove he’s changed, Joseph battles his own feelings, knowing that letting Shaw back in could mean losing himself all over again.

I loved this story of redemption, emotional warfare, and the dangerous hope that maybe—just maybe—love is worth the risk. Throughout the story there was tension, regret, and lingering love. I loved the way that they both cared for each other and that health issues did not scare either men away. I did wonder why Joseph was not on some form of disease modifying drug to slow down the progression of his MS. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

The Shapeshifter's Secretary

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Tony just wants stability—a job that won’t make life harder. Temping was supposed to offer freedom, but financial pressure forces him into roles he can’t refuse. When he’s offered a position that feels almost too good to be true, he dares to hope he’s finally found somewhere he belongs… even if he doubts they’d ever want to keep someone like him. Taron, charming and chaotic, has burned through three secretaries in weeks. He’s trying to change, and when Tony arrives—quiet, sincere, and unexpectedly magnetic—Taron finds himself wanting to stay grounded for the first time. But when shadows from his past threaten Tony, Taron realizes that good intentions might not be enough to protect what he’s come to care about. Zephyr, still nursing feelings for his ex, joins the project under the guise of professionalism. But Tony’s gentle vulnerability draws him in, and suddenly he’s caught between old love and new longing. Wanting both Taron and Tony feels impossible… doesn’t it?

I enjoyed this tender, tangled story of belonging, second chances, and the quiet ache of wanting more than you believe you deserve. The three men were perfect for each other and Tony deserved to be taken care of.  I did wonder if they could find a business opportunity by improving prosthetics and medical care for human soldiers and not just Tony. A lot of feelings and emotions in this story as the three men sorted out their relationship and feelings for each other. This was an MMM story with mature content.

Now trapped in Maxim’s fortress-like home, Wren is surrounded by bodyguards, secrets, and a love that feels more like captivity. As betrayal and violence close in, Wren must confront the truth: he’s fallen for a monster who would burn the world to keep him.

I loved this dark story of twisted devotion, power, and the terrifying beauty of being wanted too much. There was a rapid descent from romance into obsession in this story.
