Nolan is shy and finds asking for what he needs difficult, but being friends with Trip and Maverick has given him the confidence to confront his uptight boyfriend Reid to go after what he desperately needs - a Daddy. Reid realises that he cannot dodge Nolan's hints about BDSM but he has no idea what to do about it he just knows he would do anything to make him happy and keep him safe even if he has to find Nolan a Daddy or Tentacle Daddy. When love and acceptance become a rock and a hard place, sometimes it takes a new perspective and a few tentacles to find the way forward.
This was such a sweet story where Edward came in and started off being a Daddy (or Tentacle Daddy) for Nolan but it morphed into caring for Reid too. I loved that Edward was so careful to make sure that Reid was involved and that it educated him that Nolan needed him even though he had a Daddy. It was quite touching in the end that there was love between the three of them. Easy to read, feel and understand. The MMM book contains mature content of a BSDM-like nature including spankings, edging, a bit of lightning in fun places, and age play in a three-way relationship. You need to read the books in this series in order.
