Six years ago Silas fell for sexy street artist Benji and they married soon after they met. But Silas's hobby of fixing sexy men slowly poisoned his relationship until tragedy struck and now Silas will go to any length to keep Benji safe even if it hurts him. Since his accident Benji doesn't remember much and his life has changed a lot. He suffers daily from dizzy spells and migraines and paranoia strikes from nowhere. He feels he is nothing but a burden to Silas that breaks him more every day and he is especially destroyed when Silas ignores the romantic side of their relationship where he feels like he is but a child. He is done. When a stranger helps Benji start over, Silas will be forced to do something he’s never done before to win back his husband. He’ll have to work. But is it too little too late?
I loved this story which had so much drama and passion that at times it was smoking hot and at others it was tragic and worthy of tears. These two men were meant to be together but mistakes were made and that lead to something straight out of a Greek tragedy. I loved learning all about Silas and Benji and their story which was definitely worthy of them. Easy to read and understand, the feelings from this were off the charts. This is an MM story with mature content. There is mention of a historic suicide attempt.
