She’s the glue that pulls everything together, and I loved how naturally that bond opened the door for Carter and Elijah to find each other. One of the best parts of the story is how the town — and especially Carter’s new circle and Elijah’s big, loving family — rally to defend them when trouble hits. Elijah’s parents were an especially lovely surprise, stepping up with the kind of support he’d never expected. It’s an easy story to read, feel, and understand, filled with moments that will make you smile and others that will absolutely make you cry. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.
