This story is an emotional whirlwind, taking you deep into Ryan’s jealousy, anger, sorrow, determination, and disbelief as he tries to survive the mess Dominic and Max create around him. It’s gripping, intense, and honestly hard to read at times because Ryan’s pain is so easy to feel and understand. I was furious on his behalf, which is exactly why the book hits so hard. The drama is relentless, the feelings are raw, and the author doesn’t hold back. I just hope the second part of this duet finally makes Dominic and Max face the consequences of their behaviour, because Ryan deserves so much better. This was an MM story with mature content.
