This sweet novella follows Justin as he works through a lifetime of incorrect assumptions that keep him from believing he deserves love. His journey toward a future with patient, steady Tanner is full of emotional growth, and I loved how Tanner simply waited, offering quiet reassurance until Justin was ready to accept the happiness right in front of him. Both men go through big emotions, supported every step of the way by their friends, which makes their eventual path forward feel earned and heartwarming. A gentle, emotional read with a lovely payoff. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse with MPREG.
