Wendy is working as a server at the Little's Christmas party and she can see the love and care between the Daddys, Mommys and their Littles - she just hopes one day to have that for herself. When unattached Daddy and captain of the police Logan McIntosh introduces himself to her she can't help but dream about being his. When Logan finds her he feels like she is the best Christmas present possible. Can he keep her forever?
I really liked this story with the caring police chief, and the hopeful Little and how they got together. I think they both had the Christmas present and just not Logan. I liked the way that he was careful to make sure she was comfortable with him, that she was not put at risk meeting a stranger and that he would do whatever he could to protect and care for her. Easy to read and understand, the book contains mature content and a DDLG relationship.
