Reporter Scarlet is amazed when she is transported into another realm on her 22nd birthday where she meets a sorcerer who she soon chooses to call Pappa as all her secret fantasies become true. Remo celebrated the previous 11 fated women but really just longed for when his own Droblin would arrive and so when Scarlet comes he vows to keep her safe. In this last volume, all the elements are woven together and the menace is revealed. Can all of the droblins and sorcerers work together to defeat evil?
I liked finally finding out who was behind the various threats and working out what it was all being done for. Scarlet was a typically strong woman who did not take to changing her life smoothly at the start. I also loved the central place that the droblins had in the solution and that they had a reward at the end. This was a sweet novella which involved the other members of the sorcerers and their droblins. Easy to read and understand. The book contains mature BSDM-like content of a DDLG nature. They are stand-alone but it is better to read them in order especially as this is the last one in the series.
