Nathan Walker is a bisexual college professor who loves to wear makeup. Since his divorce, he has lived a shell of life. Max Green is a pup without a master since the tragic death of his own and his life is full of his job as the dining services manager at the college. Every day at work Max watches Nathan buy a black coffee and a croissant and say nothing but one night at Collared changes everything when the two men find themselves seeing each other in a whole new light.
I enjoyed this story where they both had to handle their preconceived impression of who they were and what they wanted because love was there to mess about with them so that they would change to fit the right person. I loved that they did their best to communicate with each other and could appreciate the beauty in each other. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MM story containing mature content in a BDSM-like DDLB story with puppy play.
