Bodyguard Ronan has always focused on the job and protected his clients but protecting Damari Blackthorn is on another level as he wants to protect his body and his heart. After Damari's father died and left him in major trouble the team saves him. Then before he can start a normal life he is yanked away into a new source of trouble. Can he be saved again and can Roman have the future he wants with him?
I enjoyed this story with the historical problems coming back to haunt them and how Roman fought to save the man he loves from the next set of dangers to threaten him. I loved the way that the team all came together to rescue one of their own and that they used every resource that they could. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
