Fray has always hidden in the safety of unrequited love, but everything shifts when Tobin starts tugging at the feelings he’s kept locked away. Tobin recognises the mate bond between them yet tries to resist, convinced he’s too broken to be chosen. With the threat of Lusca rising and fate pushing them together, secrets surface and change sweeps through Tenebrae Cove. Fray and Tobin are already in too deep for this to end any other way.
I loved this story which was easy to be drawn into. The relationship between Tobin and Fray is packed with drama, emotion, and that intense pull they can’t escape. Their bond is complicated and deeply felt, and the rising threat of Lusca adds a sharp edge of danger that keeps the tension high. The story is full of feelings from both men and those around them, making every moment easy to connect with. A dramatic, emotional instalment that pushes their world, and their relationship, right to the brink. This was an MM story with mature content.
