Omega Wade Monroe believed in fairy tales and fated mates until he met his and realised that Fate had a wicked sense of humour because alpha Finn Sinclair was all stern scowls and with no fashion sense. They ignored the mate bond for years until one night when they gave in to the magnetic attraction between each other and now Wade is expecting a child with him. Now they need to work out how to co-parent while trying to stop hating each other. Can Finn finally get his act together and can they have the future together that Fate demands?
I really enjoyed this story which was all about making assumptions and that first impressions we not always right. I loved the ways that they finally were able to learn more about each other and that it was increasingly impossible to stay in separate lives. I loved that many of their actions were quite childish and that they just needed to grow up and behave properly. Contains mature content, an M/Mpreg relationship, D/s behaviours and eventual real love. Easy to read and understand.
