Law student Brady Madison was found naked and unconscious after binge drinking and was in trouble due to a large misunderstanding which left him in trouble with the law for real - now 350 days sober and just two weeks left to complete the community service he has a difficult choice to make - take an offer from the person who took the picture which caused all the trouble or spend his remaining hours outstanding in jail. Tate Quinn made a snap judgement in Brady's hotel room which ruined his chances of ever hooking up with him. Now his parents are refusing to pay for him to have another semester of grad school until he makes his Mum's New Years' charity event a success. Tate needs a volunteer to help him herd the kids at the afternoon party and Brady has always been good with kids. Can these once potential lovers that are now enemies put everything aside to make the party a success?
I loved this story and I loved Brady and Tate who was made to be real in the skilful writing of this author. I really wanted them to resolve their differences, to get the friendship back that they once had and to be able to work out their relationship so that they could become so much more. This was very well written, and easy to read, feel and understand. I was thrilled at the way that this story ended and that they were able to find their own version of happiness. This is an MM story with mature content.
